38 weeks and growing...and growing...

The baby in that belly is still growing - he's almost done though!

Overall I had 7 showers - what a blessing it has been to be able to get so many wonderful things for our son. My in-laws threw a great shower with lots of great food, a diaper cake and a CAR FULL of presents! My favorite was when Luke tried on the Bjorn carrier with the teddy bear in it - too cute!

Family Blessings

My aunt Jeanne and my mom threw me and my cousin, Amy a shower. We're 3 days apart in our pregnancy so we're really excited. Don't let the photos decieve you, we're both having boys even though I have a pink dress on, haha.

This shower was very special to me, I loved taking pictures with all of my family and we had a wonderful time!

Happy March!

They said the stars were aligned just right - no one expected this much snow but in one day we got the most snow we've had all year. They say 'in like a lion, out like a lamb' so lets hope the end of March is beautiful!

33 weeks

Valentine baby bump

This year for Valentines we didn't want to do very much. We just went out for a nice meal together and enjoyed being together.

I'm still feeling great - I'm really enjoying pregnancy and just taking one day at a time. I feel like if I didn't just slowly enjoy everything I would get to anxious. Of course we cannot wait to meet our (still nameless) son, but life is to precious to rush. We're so happy about our little miracle growing inside me and when he's done cooking he'll come out to be with us for the rest of our lives!

29 & 30 weeks

We didn't get a 30 week picture, but I thought the cabbage comparison to the quarter is pretty cool. At 30 weeks our baby boy is close to the same size as this cabbage.

We now have the crib put together. It's Cherry and has a drawer underneath it. We cannot wait to get the mattress and bedding!

25, 26, & 27 weeks

I knew the baby was growing but it's amazing to see how much he's growing every single week! What an absolute miracle!

Christmas 2008!

We had a wonderful Christmas this year. This is our last Christmas without children - starting next year everything will be different for the rest of our lives! We went to Luke's parents house and got lots of things. We also went to my dad and step-moms house and then my mom and step-dads house. At my moms house we had a blast with our nephew David, as this was his first Christmas.

At 24 (almost 25) weeks pregnant I'm still feeling great and feel so blessed to have such a wonderful family!
